Hayley Mcgillivray has a history of over 15 years working in Innovation and Research and Development projects. With a background as a geologist, Hayley has worked on multi-sponsor and bespoke R&D projects. Hayley has experience participating in, and managing projects, with both industry and research organisations, through the delivery of a Federal Government grant program. Hayley also has a national and global network of researchers. Hayley has assisted over 80 companies to develop R&D projects and understands their opportunities. This has included over 45 projects across multiple sectors. Hayley recently had carriage of the establishment and management of $3-5M, global, research collaborations.

Hayley has worked on collaborative research projects from Industry, within Research Organisations and delivery of a Federal Innovation Programme. As such, there is a 360 understanding of projects.

Hayley has commenced her PhD at the University of Queensland in the Discipline of Business, Economics and Law. The focus of her research is Industry-Research Collaboration Frameworks.
